Maui Kai 807 is a small boutique oceanfront studio condo in
West Maui on North Kaanapali Beach.
After
a busy day of sightseeing, shopping, laying on the beach and swimming
in the warm ocean waters, you will return to the comforts and
conveniences of your Hawaiian home. You may wish to take a refreshing
shower before enjoying a fresh pineapple mai-tai on the private lanai
while watching a gorgeous sunset.
If you wish to continue
enjoying the sunset afterglow from the lanai instead of going out to
one of the many fine restaurants a short drive away, you can perhaps
grill fresh mahi-mahi or ahi steaks on the gas barbecues in the
swimming pool area or prepare your own meal using fresh local foods
purchased from the large grocery store in the shopping center or at the
local Farmers Market which are a short walk away. Our kitchen is fully
equipped with all the amenities for making a gourmet meal: refrigerator
with filtered drinking water and ice maker, full-size stove and oven,
microwave, dishwasher, all of the kitchen utensils and appliances a
foodie could desire and a vast array of local and Asian cuisine
cookbooks.
You may never leave the lanai! The views of the
brilliant blue ocean and the islands of Lanai and Molokai are
spectacular. Nowhere in Hawaii but West Maui can you get such a view.
During whale season you can use the binoculars in our condo to watch
the humpback whales from your front row seats on the lanai, some as
close as 100 yards offshore!
Our recently remodeled, 8th floor,
oceanfront studio has been lovingly decorated to reflect the Hawaiian
spirit. It includes all the amenities of a home away from home: daily
maid service, central air conditioning, TV, DVD, DVR, VCR, CD player,
iPod docking station, FREE high speed cable Internet connection, queen
bed, easy chairs, dining table and desk for your laptop computer, all
with views of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets. Whether you are
looking for a brief or lengthy stay on Maui, our unit will provide you
with all the comforts you desire.
The private oceanfront balcony
allows you to sit and dine outside with complete and total privacy from
your neighbors while enjoying the unparalleled 180-degree view of the
islands of Lanai and Molokai.
In our oceanfront studio you will
fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean waves. If quiet and
privacy are as important to you as they are to us then you will revel
in the peace and quiet that Maui Kai’s concrete block construction
provides.
Maui Kai has a lovely heated pool, Jacuzzi and gas
barbecues. The pool area has picnic tables and outdoor furniture for
hosting meals with friends and family. Inside the pool cabana is a full
kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and
bathrooms. The cabana also has a lending library, ping pong table and
dart board. It also has a FREE computer with a high-speed Internet
connection for checking your email, surfing the web and printing your
airline boarding passes.
