Above rates are per unit, per night.
A 13.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.

LOW SEASON SPECIAL:  $151 per night in any studio unit  10/1 - 10/31/11 and 12/5 - 12/20/11.
LOW SEASON SPECIAL:  $196 per night in any 1-bedroom inside unit  10/1 - 10/31/11.
LOW SEASON SPECIAL:  $223 per night in any 1-bedroom corner unit  10/1 - 10/31/11.

BASKETBALL SPECIAL:  $170.10 per night in any studio unit  11/15 - 12/6/11.
BASKETBALL SPECIAL:  $220.50 per night in any 1-bedroom inside unit  11/15 - 12/6/11.
BASKETBALL SPECIAL:  $251.10 per night in any 1-bedroom corner unit  11/15 - 12/6/11.
BASKETBALL SPECIAL:  $358.20 per night in any 2-bedroom unit  11/15 - 12/6/11.

EVERY 5TH NIGHT FREE IN ANY UNIT: 12/1 - 12/20/11.

Junior suites sleep 2-3 people.  Most have a queen bed.
One-bedroom suites sleep 4-5.  Most have a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Two-bedroom suites sleep 4-6.  They have a king bed, queen bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Rollaway beds are available.

Two-night minimum stay.
Seven-night minimum stay 12/21/10 - 1/2/11.

A two-night deposit is required at time of booking.  The balance is due when you check in.

For Christmas season bookings, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to get your deposit back minus a $40 cancellation fee.
Full prepayment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment will be forfeited if cancelled after that date.

For 12/21/10 - 3/31/11 bookings, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to get your deposit back minus a $40 cancellation fee.

For 4/1 - 12/21/11 bookings, you must cancel 14 days prior to arrival to get your deposit back minus a $40 cancellation fee..
